Early in my career I learned that the building and management of a successful business comes down to creating supportive relationships, both on the community and team level. When we entered into the pandemic in early 2020, those fostered relationships remained intact. Curating new relationships via online tools and interactions, I thought would pose a problem but in actuality it allowed myself & my clients to form even deeper connections. When the dog barked in the back, or a child came to interrupt a call, it humanized us. It reminded us all why we all work so hard. I am grateful for all those clients that became friends and I look forward to continuing to serve our community in 2022.
